Nigerian women rally for
peace, empowerment
Nigerian
women from across the country and social strata held a rally for peace and
empowerment in the Federal Capital, Abuja; last week. The carnival-like
exercise, which included a roadshow and numerous addresses, was a huge success.
The
rally featured First Lady, Dame Patience Goodluck Jonathan, in attendance and was
also witnessed by countless other very important personalities as well as
grassroots’ folks.
